How to Apply for an Exhibition?

To participate in PRIMUS EXHIBITIONS GROUP exhibitions, fill in the space application contract for the chosen exhibition directly from this site, submit the layout of your stand, place your furniture and equipment on the stand, and order any additional technical facilities.

Instructions for New Exhibitors
 
If you would like to view all the available information about the exhibition (prices, locations, sponsors, etc.), you can find it by clicking on “More Details” near the logo of the corresponding exhibition in the Exhibitions Calendar.

To apply for participation in one of our events, the process is as follows:

Stand Application by Fax / E-Mail:

Step 1: Select an exhibition in which you like to participate from our Calendar of Exhibitions.

Step 2: Click on “More Details” under the exhibition logo.

Step 3: Click on “For participants” on the left hand side.

Step 4: Become acquainted with Rules and Regulations.

Step 5: Download “Application contract” (Adobe Acrobat file).

Step 6: Fill in the application contract directly from your computer with Acrobat Reader, (you may download a free version of this program from www.adobe.com) or you may print an empty application and fill it in by hand.

Step 7: Please fax or send the completed application to the address shown on the application, or to any of our offices located nearest to you. You can find full list of fax numbers in the Information Letter or in the Contact Us page.

Step 8: Forms concerning additional technical facilities & services and stand drawings can be downloaded and filled in along with the application contract, otherwise they will be mailed or faxed to you for processing.

What Documents Should Exhibiting Companies be Aware of?

Companies wanting to participate in a Primus Exhibitions Group exhibition should be aware of the Rules and Regulations that govern participation in the exhibition. Registration will not be successful if the exhibitor is not acquainted with the rules.


What does Participation in the Exhibitions Include?

  • cost for the rent of exhibition space (base rate): indoor equipped space; indoor space only, or outdoor space;
  • surcharge for a stand located in the most prestigious or central place (+10% above base rate);
  • surcharge for the stand type:

                + inline booth (opening onto alley): 0% (no surcharge);
                + corner (opening onto 2 alleys): +10% on base rate;
                + peninsular (opening onto 3 alleys): +15% on base rate;
                + island (opening onto 4 alleys): +20% on base rate;
                + double floor as arranged with the Organizers: +30% on base rate;

  • Compulsory Registration Fee (registration, catalogue listing in the official Exhibition Catalogue – max. 60 words in English and 60 words in Ukrainian);
  • Insurance (compulsory exhibition insurance and civil liability).


What does Indoor Equipped-Space, Indoor Space Only and Outdoor Space Only Include?

Indoor equipped-space includes: rear and side walls, carpet, fascia (company name), aisle cleaning, pavilion security (for space more than 12 m – 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 spot-light, waste basket).

Indoor space only includes: space only without carpet, aisle cleaning, pavilion security.

Outdoor space only includes: space only, security.


How to Order Additional Technical Facilities (Rental Furniture, Electric Appliances, Water Supply, etc)?

To order the necessary technical facilities open the link “More Details” in the exhibition calendar near the logo of the corresponding exhibition, then in the exhibition’s menu open the “For participants” link – here you can become acquainted with additional technical facilities and order all necessities. All the forms are availiable for download there.


How to Submit Information About your Company for Inclusion in the Exhibition’s Official Catalogue?

Include information about your company’s activity in the 60-word text, not counting the requisite elements of the company in English plus your LOGO. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or deliver to the office of PRIMUS UKRAINE (6-B, Prospect Geroev Stalingrada, Kiev, Ukraine).

You can also order block advertisements in the Exhibition’s Official Catalogue. Advertisement models should be provided to PRIMUS UKRAINE’s office on CD-R, CD-RW or ZIP (100 ??) disks in TIFF-format, 300 dpi for PC.

Please note: placement of advertisements on the 2nd and 3rd pages of the catalogue cover increases the cost by 30%, and on the 4th by 60%. If the catalogue has two covers, this extra charge is also valid for pages of the second cover. On the first page of the second cover the markup is 60%.


Which Primus Exhibition Group Office Should an Exhibiting Company Contact if it Wants to Participate in an Exhibition?

You may contact any of the offices listed; however, it is faster to contact the Project Manager directly (the name of the Project Manager is found in the Contact information for a specific event). Do Exhibiting Charges Differ Between Primus Offices?

All Primus Exhibition Group offices have the same charges as officially given on this website.


Is Participation in Exhibitions in Absentia Possible?

Participation in exhibitions in absentia is possible. In this case participants pay only the registration fee and can leave their materials (brochures, prospects etc.) on the Organizers’ stand for visitor familiarization.


How Are Customs Services and Goods Delivery Performed?

For Ukrainian participants:

“SK Expo Company” is the official exhibition forwarder for Ukrainian Companies and for foreign Exhibitors transporting their freight on their own account. Please contact the official forwarder for all matters related to forwarding services and customs clearance of your freight, on-loading/off-loading of cargo at the exhibition site, and current tariffs:

For forwarding freight direct to Kiev use the accompanying forms in the “RECIPIENT’S ADDRESS” column to indicate the address of the official forwarder (SK Expo Company) or the address of your partner/representative in Ukraine with the note:

Note: to visit exhibitions conducted in Ukraine an entrance visa is not necessary for citizens of the United States of America, Canada, Japan, EU-states, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Andorra, Vatican, Iceland, Monaco, Norway, and the republics of San Marino if their duration of stay does not exceed 90 days. How to get the Exhibition Catalogue?

Tradeshow visitors can receive the official exhibition catalogue in exchange for their business card or by completing the visitor questionnaire on the registration stand. Visitors also receive name badges with the catalogue. Those that have not visited the tradeshow but wish to recieve the catalogue, may purchase the digital version of the latest catalogue by going to the relevant exhibition's pages, and clicking the Catalogue link.

Online payments are handled by our banking service provider via their secure servers. However, in special cases, you may pay us by PayPal.
