Why become a Sponsor?


Primus Exhibitions Group gives you a unique opportunity of sponsoring our exhibitions. By being a sponsor, your business is advertised throughout the event in all possible manners. You have the opportunity to place your company's name and logo in every advertisement such as public announcements, exhibition catalogues, banners, magazines and newspapers which will be available to the general public. Our sponsors are not only advertised within the host city, but throughout the whole country depending on where the event is taking place. This will increase the number of potential customers for your business as well as broaden your scope of the market.


How to sponsor an exhibition?

 

If you would like to sponsor one of our exhibitions, please follow these simple steps:

1) Choose an exhibition which you would like to sponsor from the Exhibitions Calendar

2) Click on Sponsorship link in the exhibition's menu.

3) Select a Sponsorship Package in which you are interested in. The cost and what each package includes is listed.

4) Read and accept Rules and Regulations.

5) Contact us and submit your order.

 


Sponsorship Packages

We generally offer 6 different Sponsorship Packages each entailing numerous ways of effective advertisement. They are:

(1) Sponsor of the Exhibition
(2) General Sponsor of the Exhibition

(3) Sponsor of the Congress
(4) General Sponsor of the Congress

(5) Sponsor of Special Events (seminars, competitions, specialized expositions)

(6) Customizable Sponsorship Package  NEW 

Note that not all of these packages are offered at every exhibition. Large exhibitions like PRIMUS: WINDOWS, DOORS, PROFILES offer all of these packages while smaller ones may offer one or two. Furthermore, the price of each package depends on the magnitude of the exhibition; sponsorship for larger exhibitions tends to be more expensive due to a wider horizon of visitors, participants and officials present at the event.

(1) Sponsor of the Exhibition

  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo on the complimentary tickets to the exhibition as a “Sponsor”
  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo on brochures, prospects, and other advertising materials as a “Sponsor”
  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo in advertising materials published in All-Ukrainian specialized editions and reference books as a “Sponsor”
  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo in out-door advertising as a “Sponsor”
  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo on the first page of the exhibition’s official catalogue as a “Sponsor” (sponsors receive one copy of the catalogue each, visitors receive the catalogue in exchange for their business card)
  • Placement of Sponsor’s greeting words in the Official Catalogue of the exhibition
  • Placement of information about the Sponsor in announcements about the exhibition distributed by mail fax and e-mail
  • Placement of information about the Sponsor on the Organizer’s official web-site with a link to the Sponsor’s site
  • Allowing Sponsor’s representative to officially greet visitors at the Opening Ceremony
  • Expressing thanks to the Sponsor on the radio network during the exhibition.

(2) General Sponsor of the Exhibition

  • Placement of General Sponsor’s logo on the complimentary tickets as a “General Sponsor”
  • Placement of General Sponsor’s logo on brochures, prospectus, and other advertising materials as a “General Sponsor”
  • Placement of General Sponsor’s logo in advertising materials in published in All-Ukrainian specialized editions and reference books as a “General Sponsor”
  • Placement of General Sponsor’s logo in the out-door advertising as a “General Sponsor”
  • Placement of General Sponsor’s logo on the first page of the exhibition’s official catalogue as a “General Sponsor” (sponsors receive one copy of the catalogue each, visitors receive the catalogue in exchange for their business card)
  • Placement of General Sponsor’s greeting words in the Official Catalogue of the exhibition
  • Placement of information about the General Sponsor in the announcements about the exhibition distributed by mail fax and e-mail as a “General Sponsor"
  • Placement of information about the General Sponsor on the Organizer’s official web-site with a link to the General Sponsor’s site
  • Allowing General Sponsor’s representative to officially greet visitors at the Opening Ceremony
  • Expressing thanks to General Sponsor on the radio network during the exhibition.

(3) Sponsor of the Congress

  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo in the schedule of the Congress distributed by mail, fax and e-mail (10.000 copies)
  • Participation in the Congress’s press conference
  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo on the cover jacket of the Congress brochure (1.000 copies)
  • Placement of information about the Congress Sponsor in announcements about the Congress distributed by mail, fax and e-mail
  • Placement of information about the Congress Sponsor on the Organizer’s official web-site with a link to the Sponsor’s site
  • Free Congress complimentary tickets – 15 cards

(4) General Sponsor of the Congress

  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo in the schedule of the Congress distributed by mail, fax and e-mail (10.000 copies)
  • Participation in the Congress’s press conference
  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo in advertising materials published in All-Ukrainian specialized editions and reference books
  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo on the cover jacket of the Congress brochure (1.000 copies)
  • Placement of Sponsor’s greeting words in the Congress brochure (1.000 copies)
  • Placement of Sponsor’s greeting words in the Official Exhibition Catalogue
  • Placement of information about the Congress Sponsor in announcements about the Congress distributed by mail, fax and e-mail
  • Placement of information about the Congress Sponsor on the Organizer’s official web-site with a link to the Sponsor’s site
  • Allowing Sponsor’s representative to officially greet visitors at the Opening Ceremony
  • Free Congress complimentary tickets – 50 cards

(5) Sponsor of Special Events (seminars, competitions, specialized expositions)

  • Placement of Sponsor’s logo in the schedule of the specialized events (seminars, competitions, specialized expositions), as well as in announcements (by sponsoring the specialized exhibition) distributed by mail fax and e-mail. The Participant chooses the sponsoring category, completes the sponsor package and coordinates it with the Organizers. Price of the package is contractual;
  • Being on the jury for specialized events.

(6) Customizable Sponsorship Package NEW

If you are not satisfied with the sponsorship packages we offer, you may create your own sponsorship package consisting of individual advertisement options. Increasing the number of advertisement options tends to be more expensive and decreasing the number of options tends to be cheaper, however; the cost is discussed with our administration.
